UPGRADATION OF MBOS

We are undertaking up gradation of old MBO’s by replacing old metallic spiked rolls & Spiked Lattices with precision made matched wooden spiked lattices and wooden spiked evener and stripper rollers having stipulated space gauging & teeth meshing . The increased number of spiked lags on the striper roll & the Spiked Lattice considerably improves the efficiency of the machine; which saves power consumption and labour & improves the mixing & blending of material.

REBUILDING OF ALUMINIUM LATTICE

We are able to provide true value for money by giving specialized service of rebuilding for old aluminium spiked lattices. The rebuilt lattice provides work efficiency equivalent to new lattice.

While rebuilding , only spiked lags are taken out of the old lattice and reused and the rest of the components are replaced by new ones

APRON WITH GUIDE PROFILE & GUIDE ROLLER

An innovative, specially designed, set of “V” grooved guide rollers, low coefficient of friction polymer slide strips & Guide Profile fixed on the Apron Drastically improves the life of the conveyor in Trutzscher BO 1200 as wellas other machines.

Slide Strips & Cover Tape

SUTRAN slide strips fabricated from low coefficient of friction high Abrasion Resistant Compression mouded Polyethylene material most suitable for the application which reduces the drag as well as increases the working life of cover tape . The cover tapes is made as per original material as in OE fitment.
