SUTRAN commenced operations in 1999- 2000 and have grown over the years as a result of innovative product range and keen interest in import substitution through scientific management of men, material and machines.

We at SUTRAN have manufacturing facilities in LUDHIANA in Punjab; the industrial hub of North India as an engineered products manufacturer driven by the Vision and Entrepreneurial capabilities of Sh. Sunil Bhalla, CEO and MD of our Company.

MANUFACTURING OVERVIEW
- CASTOR WHEELS
Our product range includes Heavy, Medium and Light Duty Castors manufactured out of steel plates, steel forgings and CR coils respectively. The wheels range from Highly Durable and Robust Poly Urethane Wheels moulded on Aluminium, Polymer & Cast Iron Cores;
Moulded Polypropylene Impact Co-Polymer Wheels; Nylon Wheels; Unbreakable fabricated UHMWPE Wheels; Rubber Bonded to Cast Iron Wheels; Aluminium Wheels and Stainless Steel Wheels.
All these processes being available in house. We are in a position to make special wheels as per your drawing or specifications (if you so desire) It will not be out of place to mention here that SUTRAN has been the front runner in addressing the requirements of the customers as per their unique environment / precise working conditions and have gained recognition as a solution provider & special purpose castor manufacturer.

- LATTICES AND CONVEYORS
We at SUTRAN manufacture a very wide range of lattices using a host of materials viz Seasoned Hard wood, smooth, strong & stable High Density Laminated compressed wood, highly durable, stable & smooth Aluminium sections, as well as cost effective, impact resistant, light weight hard PVC profiles. Heavy duty Nylon sandwich leather or rubber belting, PVC coated polyester web conveyor belts and various types of Aluminium, Copper or Steel fasteners for different applications.
The lattices manufactured by us are precision crafted & assembled. The load and the resulting stresses therefore are uniformly divided over the complete lattice and the tracking of the lattice is achieved effortlessly. This results in longer trouble-free service life giving True Value for Money.
IN HOUSE PROCESS
- State of Art Press Shop with Presses ranging from 20 to 150 tonnes.
- CNC’s and Conventional Turning Machine department for Castors and wheels.
- High Production Injection Molding Machines with a Capacity from 30 Gms up to 2.5 kg per shot and Cast PU molding Process for Wheels.
- Vulcanisers and other equipment for handling imported PVC coated polyester web Conveyor belts,
- Complete set of Machine tools for Machining of wood & plastic blocks.
All processes being available in house, we are well in a position to manufacture general purpose products as well as provide you special purpose products in this line as per your drawings or specifications.
